Vertouwenscontactpersoon (VCP)  (English Below)

De VertrouwensContactPersoon (VCP) is een laagdrempelig en centraal aanspreekpunt voor iedereen binnen de bond of bij aangesloten verenigingen te maken krijgt met  vragen, twijfels meldingen rondom grensoverschrijdend gedrag. Denk hierbij aan pesten, discriminatie, intimidatie of (seksueel) overschrijdend gedrag. Het vroegtijdig bespreken van zorgen kan bijdragen aan het voorkomen van verdere escalatie.  

De VCP luistert, biedt ondersteuning en denkt mee over mogelijke vervolgstappen. De VCP is op de hoogte van de beschikbare hulp- en meldstructuren, zowel binnen als buiten de bond. Alle gesprekken zijn vertrouwelijk. Aan het einde van elk jaar rapporteert de VCP in hoofdlijnen aan het bestuur of er meldingen zijn geweest, zonder daarbij herleidbare persoonsgegevens te delen. 

Twijfel je of jouw vraag of situatie bij de VCP thuis hoort? Neem gerust contact op. Samen kan worden bekeken welke ondersteuning passend is, of dat doorverwijzing naar een andere instantie wenselijk is. 

Spreek je liever met iemand buiten de bond? Dan kun je ook terecht bij het NOC*NSF meldpunt met eerste vragen, of twijfels om je verhaal te vertellen. Het NOC*NSF meldpunt is dag en nacht bereikbaar, ook in het weekend en op feestdagen via 0900 – 202 55 90 (€ 0,10 per minuut). 

Naast de rol van meldpunt kan de VCP ook een adviserende en simulerende rol hebben op het gebied van preventie. De VCP ondersteunt de bond en vereningengen bij het opstellen en uitdragen van beleid dat bijdraagt aan een veilige en inclusieve sportomgeving.

Je kunt jouw vraag of situatie per e-mail of Whatsapp delen, of aangeven dat je graag (telefonisch of in persoon) verder wilt praten. De VCP neemt vervolgens zo snel mogelijk contact met je op.

Confidential Contact Person (VCP) 

The Confidential Contact Person (VCP) is an accessible and central point of contact for anyone within the Dutch Lacrosse federation or its affiliated clubs who has questions, concerns, or wishes to report instances of unacceptable behavior. This may include bullying, discrimination, intimidation, or (sexual) misconduct. Discussing concerns at an early stage can help prevent situations from escalating further. 

The VCP listens, provides support, and helps consider possible next steps. The VCP is familiar with the help and reporting structures available both within and outside the federation. All conversations are confidential. At the end of each year, the VCP provides the board with a general report indicating whether any cases were brought forward, without sharing any personal or identifiable information.

If you prefer to speak to someone outside the federation, you can contact the NOCNSF Helpline for initial questions or if you are unsure about sharing your situation. The NOCNSF Helpline is available 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays, via 0900 – 202 55 90 (€ 0.10 per minute). 

In addition to serving as a point of contact, the VCP also has an advisory and stimulating role in prevention. The VCP supports the federation and its clubs in developing and promoting policies that contribute to a safe and inclusive sporting environment.
